Favourite outfits of 2014

 i miss having weird and colourful hair :( *sigh*

2015 is finally here and thank god 2014 is over! Im not one for making new years resolutions and actually sticking to them but i hope i stick to this one. I have decided that my new years resolution is to start blogging and using my camera a hell of a lot more. To start off the new year, i thought i would do a list of my favourite outfits of 2014. I may do this at the start of every year just to look back on how things have changed and how i have changed.

Instagram Life

For people who are wondering what app i use to edit my photos, i use VSCO cam. It is a free app from apple store and play store.

Anddddd straight after i took this photo....

This ended up happening......

As stupid as this sounds and childish...i was pretending to be a bat. Yes you read that right, i, a 16 year old was pretending to be a bat in the woods. Please say it's not jut me who does that?!?!?! Anyways, i couldn't see what i was doing or where i was walking and as soon as i know it, my ankle went under me. I just thought it was a sprain so i tried to walk it off. Nope didn't go off, just ended up in more pain. Couple hours later i ended up in A&E because the pain hadn't gone for hours and my ankle was starting to swell up. Turns out, i have snapped a ligament in my ankle (nice one jody -__-). So they bandaged me up, gave me crutches and told me to rest for a week or two. It's not going to be properly healed for 6 weeks so i still have to use crutches to not put much weight on it. All in all, if you're ever in the woods, don't pretend to be a bat. But if you do, make sure you look where your walking.

Its the most beautiful time of the year

Seems like forever since i last did a post like this. I never thought having college 3 days a week could be so busy and exhausting. But it has been. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for me, are the only days i get a proper rest and to have time to myself but as it was nice today and Autumn is by far my favourite time of the year, i didn't want to waste a good opportunity to get some nice photo's. The weather is to me, perfect right now, its not too cold you need to take a big fluffy coat when you go out but just cold enough to wear thick tights with a cute dress and a thin jacket/cardigan. Tartan dresses or tops or jackets or leggings are a must have Autumn outfit must have for me. They go with anything really. The colours aren't so bright they look summery or too dark they look like winter colours but in the middle, perfect for Autumn/Fall.  

I thought i would try and keep to the colour theme around my dress. Red's, brown's, green's and blue's and i slight hint of mustard. Red lipstick to go with the red stripes, brown tights to go with the brown, green shoes to go with the green and the blue in my hair and nails kinda goes with the main blue colour. A different shade but still blue ;). I can't believe in 2 months its christmas!! This year has gone crazy fast. Hope you all are enjoying Autumn just as much as i am :)

A New Start

First of all i want to apologise for the lack of posts lately. The past couple weeks have been 1) VERY emotional and challenging and 2) exhausting. 

Three weeks ago, i started college. I'm not going to lie and say the first day was the best day of my life and that i was so happy and felt perfectly okay because, honestly, i didn't at all. I know it wasn't just me who felt terrified and didn't want to be there, i know that but everyone had their own reason to feel how they felt that day. Having a number of panic attacks and crying so much, my make up running all down my face and clinging on to my dad, wasn't exactly how i wanted to start college. But after a few days, i started to be more myself and open and eventually made some friends. Which i am very pleased about! But i think the main thing i have learnt is to just face your fears. Because if you do it over and over and over again, it will be less scary. Yeah of course you will still have that fear there at the back of your mind, but it can't do anything to harm you unless you let it. And that is a big thing i have learnt this past couple weeks. My anxiety and panic attacks are still always going to be with me, but i just try and not let it take over me and stop me doing things i want to do. They can't take over me or harm me as long as i don't let it.
College now is amazing. It is 100% better than school and a lot better than i thought it would be. I'm still not used to getting up at half 6 in the morning but i will do soon (i hope).

On the other hand and no surprise here...I have, yes you have guessed it...dyed my hair again. Opppsie! My habit and addiction for dying my hair is getting out of hand a bit now. I am very surprised my hair isn't dead or falling out yet. But i kinda got a little bit bored of just being purple so i just had to put blue init. For anyone who wants to know what colours i used. For the purple i used LIVE XXL and for the blue i used Manic Panic. (WARNING- the manic panic hair dye is very runny and liquidity)
