All my senses come to life

What a lovely day today has been here in the uk. As a result of it being so nice, me and the parents went to not one but two national trust places today. Have you gathered yet that i like national trust places? First we went to tyntesfield house once again but for only an hour this time and instead of walking around, we sat down under a gorgeous tree and just enjoyed the sun. I can't get enough of The Fault In Our Stars book. It has to be my all time favourite book, i love it so much. It was so nice to just sit down and read in the sun.

 After we had a rest for a while, we found another way we could go to get back to the car and im glad we went that way because there were some gorgeous vibrant flowers. You couldn't of really missed these flowers anyway, they were so bright.

 Yes that is me trying to hide behind a fern plant, also trying to pretend i was a Dinosaur...Yes that's a normal thing to do.

 After tyntesfield, we went to Clevedon Court. There wasn't much too look at and explore as more of it was private because people live there but from what we seen, it was so pretty.

 Is it just me who finds this doll really creepy??

Asda Haul

So if you didn't know, yesterday (friday) was my 16th birthday. I have to say, it was the best 16th anyone could have, well in my mind. Even though i did eat a bit too much and made myself feel so sick, but apart from that it was amazing! I didn't get many photos as my camera ran out of battery and its STILL charging today. But on the better side, i got some money from family and instead of getting clothes or food or stuff i don't exactly need, i decided to get stuff i actually do need. Well not including the book and fairy lights but the bedding stuff, i did need. How gorgeous is the bed sheet i got. PIN UP GIRLS! i would do anything to look like a pin up girl. So vintage and i love vintage. Like i said, i didn't exactly need the fairy lights and book but because i have read the fault in our stars a number of times and i love it so much, i just had to get this book. I have heard it is so good and it sounds like the type of book i will like. The only reason i got the fairy lights is because...well i love fairy lights. But these are even better because they are shaped like roses and i LOVE roses, specially yellow ones. 

Birthday Week

For a start i apologise that i haven't posted anything for a few days, it has been one busy week for me. Well a lot of shopping. Me and mum went on kind of a shopping spree week this week and because it is my birthday tomorrow, it was all birthday pressies. I will be doing a birthday pressie post either tomorrow or on the weekend.

I also apologise for the terrible quality of this photo. As it is another horrible day and its raining once again, i couldn't get any good quality photos with my camera so i had to use my phone instead. This is one of the new dresses i got this week and actually the top is new as well and i am in love with them! They are so comfy, so practical and easy. I love skater dresses as well so that just made it even better.

Is it just me who thinks this outfit looks like the one Hayley Williams wore in paramore's video "i'm still into you" or is it just me? As today was way too hot to wear jeans i decided to actually wear a skirt. But still wearing my robot/skeleton leggings. For about the 5th or 6th time this year, me, mum and dad went to Tyntesfield house again. Which was a very bad mistake as it's bank holiday weekend and there was loads and loads of people there. But it turned out okay in the end.

Everybody polka dot eyed

I always feel like a superhero whenever i wear this dress. No it doesn't have magical powers and no it doesn't make me have superpowers either..unfortunately. I think it is a bit too formal to wear on just a normal day. Maybe more for a special event or birthday, which on the subject of birthdays. It's my birthday next friday and i will finally be sixteen. getting so old. I'm not exactly doing anything big for my birthday either - just going to my nan's house and ordering pizza - as any person would want on their sixteenth birthday. So i think i might wear this dress and my topshop jeans. Not the wedges though; as much as i love these and love pretty heels, i just can't walk in them. sigh.

Good Old Brizzzzle

After my therapy appointment, me, mum and dad went to clifton down's so i could try and take some photos of the bridge. But unfortunately you could see the bridge very well from where was but on the better side we came across this very nice little field near where the car was. That's the best thing about Bristol. I have been there a hell of a lot, nearly every single day just about and i was born there yet i always find new places i haven't been before or haven't been for years. Don't really know why, but everytime i go to Bristol it always feels like home to me. 

I wanted to go for a casually kind of look today. But something what didn't look too sloppy. So i went for my all time favourite jeans and one of my favourite jumpers. If you have read my blog before you will recognise this jumper and you will know how much i love it.

Happy Birthday!!

So as it was my mummy's birthday today, we went for a nice dog walk along brean down. It wasn't exactly a very nice day again today, it was so cloudy at the start but near enough the end it the sun finally decided to come out. I was feeling 100% again today so i didn't have much chance to take many photos but the ones i did take came out okay...i think. Brean down is so gorgeous, you can see all of Weston-Super-Mare from the top and there is a WW2 fort there as well which i didn't get a chance to see today but i have been there before and its so interesting. There is also some wildlife up there as well like sheep and goats. It is such a nice and peaceful place to go on a nice sunny day.

New things

I don't exactly need glasses 100% only for reading or tv or going on my laptop. But a lot of people say i suit glasses for some reason. I was actually lucky enough to get these two gorgeous pair of glasses. I had some like the top ones before but in grey but because my face is soooo big i decided to go with some bigger style ones.

 I also went for these GORGEOUS vintage style glasses. They kind of remind me of cruella deville from 101 dalmations. Do you agree? They are also very vintage to me and if you know me, you know i LOVE vintage things. Very 1950's.

 I'm not exactly a "2014 leaver" more like 2013 leaver, but as you can see i got my school leavers hoodie today. It is unbelievably comfy and soft and just amazing! I will literally be living in this hoodie for a while now. Even though i haven't been apart of year 11 at school, they were actually very kind enough to put my name on there with everyone else's. 

He who can not be named

Not exactly feeling great today. Once again, i am ill and feel like crap (no surprise there). So today consists of being in bed and watching Harry Potter movies. 

When ever my sister used to watch the Harry Potter movies, i always used to say how crap and boring they were...even though i never watched them. But now that iv watched them all and read some bits of the books, they have got me hooked. I never knew how good they were! 

I wouldn't say i'm a huge fan, but maybe a massive fan.

Normally with films, i can always pick a favourite character but i can't with Harry Potter, they are all too good. Even though i do get a bit carried away in the battle sense or a tense part. But who doesn't?

 Oh yeah. I like to pull silly faces when im ill in bed, try to cheer myself up a bit because being ill does suck.

Lollipop Lollipop

I hope you all have had a good easter weekend :) In the UK, the weather yesterday was just terrible, it didn't stop raining for the whole entire day, but i guess it made up for that today. It was lovely sunshine again today and in my mind, that mean, take as many pictures as possible kind of day. I was exactly going anywhere nice or important or special today, but who said you can only get dressed up nice just to go somewhere special ;) Being a little nosy madam that i am, i was looking through my mum's clothes and i found this dress which i fell in love with. It reminds me of the 1950's or 60's for some reason and for the people who know me, you know that i love everything and anything to do with vintage. I tried to stay with the colour theme on the dress. As it has pinks spots on, i thought i would wear my pink cardigan and pink shoes. I say mine but their actually my mum's. opppppsss. I think that the dress was from Next and i seen that it was a size 14 and i was pretty proud that i could fit into it and it was still a little baggy. I dont know if its because its stretchy but still pretty proud. I have tried to start to loose a bit of weight since the start of the year but because of me being ill a lot and all the things what have been going on, i just haven't had the will power or strength to do it. But things are looking up and im back on track.

Black And White Spring

I don't think i have ever worn this much black ever before. Even though i do have a soft spot for the colour black, i don't exactly have many black clothes, as i have white dogs. So whenever you wear black clothes in my house, you ALWAYS get white doggie hairs on you. If you read my sisters blog (Blargle Fargle) you might recognise this dress/top thing, as it was her's.

Its not exactly as warm as it normally has been the past couple of days, more cloudy than anything. But i live in the UK so it's just a normal day.

I thought it would kind of get dressed up as i am going to Cribs Causeway with mum and dad today to get my eyes tested. Nothing important but you can't really go out to a place like that in sweat pants and a hoodie in my opinion. We also might be getting my hair dye today. Once again, i am stuck between two colours. RED & ORANGE. You will just have to wait until next week to see what colour i decided to go.

Oh Deeeeer

How gorgeous are these deer's! After we looked around the house, we went for a little walk to find the deers what stay there. They are not in like a enclosed place, they just walk around the grounds whenever and go where they want. They were so tame, i got about a metre away from them and they didn't even run off. just stayed where they were. I got some very good, detailed pictures and close up's of them. Pretty proud to be honest.

 If you are like me who is a Doctor Who fan, you will recognise this house very well. This is where Doctor Who filmed the episode "night terrors" in season six. Yes i know, kind of nerdy that i know that but come on, who doesn't love Doctor Who? Throughout the house, i kept asking "where are the dolls? WHERE ARE THE DOLLS??" because you never know...they might of been there hiding somewhere. Overall Dyrham house&park was pretty lovely, it has pretty small rooms though, it may look big on the outside but the rooms were pretty small.
